Payment for your reservation is made at the time of your booking

We provide a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the booking is at least 14 days away.

100% refund 60 days before check-in

50% refund 30-60 days before check-in.

0% refund if cancelling within 30 days of your stay.

Our tax and fee structure is as follows. This is added to your booking at checkout.

10.5% sales and lodge tax

$210 cleaning fee

$300 refundable damage deposit

There is a 5 night minimum for stays booked 3 months in advance.

3 night minimum for reservations 45-89 days out.

2 night minimum for reservations made 45 days out or less.

Must be 25 to book. A government ID will be required upon booking to verify guest is +25 years of age.

No visitors/gatherings. This translates to no friends/family visiting the property who are not included in the original reservation (even for a short time).

All guests, including children and infants, count towards the total guest limit of 6.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Property. Smart detectors are installed that detect smoking, vaping or marijuana.

No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.

Maximum of 3 vehicles in driveway at any time, and no off-street parking.

Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am

Failure to abide by these policies will result in fines and/or eviction without refund, as described in more detail in the Rental Agreement.
